GNEST soloist Tigger Achira has released แค่ใครคนหนึ่ง (Nagoya Loner), the second single off his eponymous album.
The single is the soundtrack for the lonely heart, conveying the feelings of a person living in solitude and waiting for someone to fill the empty void.
While the lyrics – said to be directly inspired by Tigger’s personality and lifestyle – are poignant, the track carries an 80s pop-R&B sound with a catchy melody.
แค่ใครคนหนึ่ง (Nagoya Loner) sees Tigger work with Polycat vocalist Na, as well as producer Janpat Montrelerdrasme. Tigger was also heavily involved in the production of the track, even recording a guitar solo for the single.
For the MV, Tigger travelled to Japan – specifically Kamakura and Yokohama – to film, roping in fellow GNEST artiste Names Chaowanmai – from the trainee group FAVIQ – to star as the male lead.
Names holds his own in his debut leading role, portraying the sense of poignant solitude.
