It’s the charm of a live band, with the energy of a T-Pop act – WhiteFox twins MicMac have released their debut single ‘WORKING U’, marking their entry as the label’s newest act.
‘WORKING U’ is produced by Four Prateep and draws its inspiration from the 90s romance flick ‘Notting Hill’. It has the earnestness of someone who knows he is not perfect, but is willing to work towards becoming a better person for that someone special.
The debut single caps off more than two years of intensive training for the twins, as they transition from being in a band – they formerly hailed from Genie Records’ Footstep – into T-Pop artistes. Still, MicMac have committed to staying true to the musical genre they love.
Musical instruments – Mic plays the guitar, while Mac is on keyboards – feature heavily in their stage identity, and is a breath of fresh air in an era dominated by performance-based T-Pop acts.
