After a two-year break, GNEST girl group VIIS has returned with new music – and dropped a second album.
Now comprising the trio of Tara, Plaifah and Cheers, the group has released their latest single โดน (Don’t).
The track explores a relationship in which the other party acts as they are protective or jealous, even though neither one has openly admitted their feelings for each other.
VIIS worked with producer Dodge Mukpol for the single, which blends electro-pop dance with elements of UK House and hip-hop.
The result is a fun, catchy, sassy and sexy track, which is arranged to showcase each of the three members’ individual personalities.
โดน (Don’t) is out now on all streaming platforms and the visually-stunning MV is also now on Youtube.
The single will be featured on VIIS’s second album VIISION, marking a new chapter for the group as they showcase a more mature side.
The album is inspired by two perspectives: their aspirations as well as what everyone sees in the group. Expect to see more behind-the-scenes sneaks, and tracks written by the members themselves.
