Bangkok played host to the most recent edition of the popular HYROX fitness race, where thousands took part over the four-day event.
Also breaking a sweat at the event were plenty of T-Pop stars – and Thai artistes too – trading the stage for the racetrack, and accompanied by many supporters.
ChaPop looks at the stars taking part in this year’s HYROX Bangkok.
Daou-Offroad
The couple that HYROX-es together, styas together right? The popular on-screen duo took part in their first race on 13 August, capping off months of training (which is documented in the online series OuRoad to HYROX on Youtube)
Kim PROXIE
Also making his HYROX debut is PROXIE’s (energy booster) Kim, whose shirtless pics mid-competition had all Users going absolutely crazy.
Nanon
The Riser Music actor-singer took part together with actor Great Warintorn, singer Oat Pramote and fitness instructor Best Nitipan.
Kris ALALA
Here’s one for girl power: ALALA member Kris shows off a side many fans may not see often, completing her first HYROX race with much finesse.
Jinwook BUS
He raps, he sings, he dances, and now he’s a bonafide HYROX finisher. The BUS member gave his all for the race – despite coming off a busy performing schedule over the weekend.
Atom Chanakan
White Music soloist Atom might be better known for his soulful ballads, but at the HYROX race on 15 August, he showed off his fitness chops – bare-bodied at that!
James Teeradon
It’s hard to miss former Trinity member James at HYROX, with his electrifying orange hair. Orange you glad he’s doing this shirtless too?

Frank Thanatsaran
The actor (who once hailed from GMMTV) shows off his incredibly lean bod at the race, sending plenty of hearts fluttering.
