Lifestyle and entertainment publication Kazz Magazine held its annual Kazz Awards on 14 May, with categories spanning film, TV and, of course, music.
Winning Popular Male and Female Artistes – which are open to public voting -were ‘Bright’ Vachirawit and Sarah Salola, respectively.
Bright was up against Jeff Satur, Nanon Korapat, Daou Pittaya, Tigger Achira, as well as Boom Saharat. Sarah, meanwhile, was nominated together with Bowkylion, Zom Marie, Ink Waruntorn, Earth Patravee, as well as Ally Achiraya.
BUS Because of you I shine won the most votes in the Trending Artiste category, beating out other boy groups like PERSES, Proxie and LYKN, as well as 4EVE and QRRA.
The 789Survival idol survival show from which BUS were formed also won the award for Hottest TV Programme.
Several T-Pop artistes also won honours for the Young Man/Young Woman of the year 2023 (Num Wai Sai and Sao Wai Sai). 4EVE member ‘Fai’ Nattaya was ranked fifth for the Young Woman of the year, while Proxie’s ‘Chokun’ Pavaris placed fifth for the Young Man of the year award.
Riser Music’s ‘Fourth’ Nattawat and ‘Gemini’ Norawit were ranked first and second in the Young Man of the year award.
Trinity member Jackie Jackrin, ‘Ice’ Paris, as well as ‘Jaylerr’ Krissanapoom took home ‘Man of the Year’ honours, while the female version saw winners such as Bowkylion and BADMIXY.
