Violette Wautier wants to be your Favourite Mistake – at least according to her newest single.
The Thai-Belgian singer on 8 August released the new track, which is her second English-language single after Dancing On A Graveyard in May.
In the song, the Universal Music Thailand artiste is part flirty and part sensual, with lyrics like ‘Baby you’re playing with my mind / let’s stay up all night / I’ll be your favourite mistake’.
The music video also references scenes from movies like Lolita and Jennifer’s Body.
The new music comes as Violette prepares to head to Japan to perform at Summer Sonic 2024 in Tokyo and Osaka. A week later, she returns to Bangkok for the Thai edition of the music festival.
