Three Man Down frontman Krit Jeerapattananuwong has taken ill after being diagnosed with an auto-immune disorder.

The band’s label Gene Lab disclosed the news on 11 September, stating that Krit was diagnosed with Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada (VKH) disease and needed treatment “immediately”.

VKH disease is an auto-immune disorder characterised by headaches, vertigo, as well as eye pain and loss of vision.

“Because of this, the band will have to take a break for…September and will resume performances in October,” says the label, which adds that it will be providing updates on the treatment progress.

According to the band’s schedule for September, they were slated to perform at nine other locations for the rest of the month.

The announcement is the latest health scare to hit the 29-year-old: in March, Krit was diagnosed with hepatitis and measles, leading to a series of event cancellations.

In 2022, he suffered from vocal cysts and had to take a break from performing on his doctor’s advice.
