Singer Peck Palitchoke has been named among the winners at the Japan Expo Thailand Award this year, as he received top honours in the music awards.
The awards, held in conjunction with the annual Japan Expo Thailand, also honoured other Thai artistes and business and media personalities for their role in promoting relations between Japan and Thailand.
The White Music artiste was the sole winner of the music awards category. Writing on social media, Peck says he was grateful for the honours from the judging panel.
The awards ceremony will take place on 9 February, on the last day of the the three-day expo.
Several GMMTV actors were also awarded, including Tay Tawan and New Thitipoom (Actor Award), as well as Ohm Pawat (Artiste Award). BeOnCloud pairing Bible Wichapas and Jes Jespipat will receive the Popular Star Award.
