Pop-rock band Purpeech will be holding their first large-scale concert in June this year,
In a social media announcement, the five-man band said the concert will take place on 21 June, with further details, including ticketing and venue, to come later.
“Your favourite band is going to have a big concert,” the group writes.
It will be the first large-scale concert since the band made their debut in 2021. A year later, Purpeech signed on to What The Duck sub-label MILK!.
The band is known for songs such as อาจเป็นเพราะฉันเอง (me.), หากจะเพียงขอ (Sincare), as well as the recently-released นี่ฉันเองคนที่… (It’s me).
Fans congratulated the band on the milestone, with many saying it is a long time coming. Purpeech is the latest in a string of bands to announce their first large-scale concert this year: others include Only Monday and Whal & Dolph.
