The unofficial soundtrack to this year’s Songkran festivities has hit a new milestone.
Proxie’s Songkran single Bad Shawty saw its music video cross three million views on 14 April, nearly six days after its release on Youtube.
The track, which heavily samples the Y2K banger Dragostea Din Tei, also topped the trending songs on Youtube, further underscoring its popularity.
Thanking their fans, the bRothers Music group said on social media: “Let music be your companion this Songkran – always happy to see everyone happy and smiling!”
Bad Shawty, released on 8 April, is produced by hip-hop maestro F.HERO and Brownzer.
