Fresh music round-up: T-Pop’s new era

It’s a new era for many of our T-Pop faves, as they experiment with new looks and new sounds.

New music for the week of 12-18 May.

Like You – 4EVE

At just over 2 minutes, Like You is one of 4EVE’s shortest tracks, and showcases a completely new Hyper Pop sound for the girl group. The XOXO Entertainment group worked with American producer Brian Kennedy (who has worked with the likes of Rihanna and the Backstreet Boys) for the track.

ทัก (First Sight) – LYKN

Take a language lesson with LYKN, as their summer comeback ทัก (First Sight) features greetings in languages like Spanish, Vietnamese, Mandarin Chinese and English. The single, which will appear on their upcoming album, heralds a new look for the Riser Music boy group – a matured vibe that’s dripping in swag.

RIZZ – Third

Third is oozing that Rizz and he knows it. His latest single takes on an Afropop sound, with an iconic hook that is guaranteed to get everyone up and dancing.

คนฝั่งทน (Unbreakable) – Nont Tanont feat. TaitosmitH

Also marking a change in look is Nont Tanont, whose comeback hit sees him work with TaitosmitH. While we may be used to Nont’s soulful ballads, คนฝั่งทน (Unbreakable) sees the LOVEiS soloist embrace his rocker edge, complete with excellent guitar riffs.

ขี้แพ้คนเดิม (Unchanged) – Oat Pramote feat. Only Monday

Here’s one for the heartbroken: Oat Pramote has bourght on Only Monday (both of whom are known for their heartbreak anthems) for ขี้แพ้คนเดิม (Unchanged).
