Popular GMMTV pair Gemini and Fourth delivered a two-day concert that was filled with pure talent and bursting with energy.
The Gemini Fourth AWAKE Concert took place over the weekend of 30 and 31 August at Bangkok’s Impact Arena, and marks the third time in three years the duo have held a concert together.
The concert – themed around a futuristic, AI-powered world – is split into five segments: each letter of AWAKE representing one segment.
A stood for ‘Activation’, marking the start of the concert, while W referred to ‘World-shift’, representing the solo stages. Fans were impressed by the duo’s boundless talent, easily shifting from the sentimental to the sensual.
The second A referred to ‘Algorithmic Recall’, which saw the duo return to where it all started: the boys-love series My School President. At this segment, the duo were joined by the cast of the series, taking OG fans on a trip down memory lane.
K stood for ‘Kill-switch to Love’, where the mood became more tender and emotive.
The last letter E referred to ‘Elite Entertainer’, where Gemini-Fourth brought on friends from the T-Pop world for sizzling collab stages. The concert saw a good dose of T-Pop star power, with the boys bringing in guests like 4EVE, Proxie and queer group Hiwwhee.
4EVE took the stage with Gemini on the first day, performing a medley of hits including Vroom Vroom, while Fourth performed with Hiwwhee.
On the second day, Gemini performed with famed singer and pianit Tor Saksit, while Fourth shared the stage with Proxie for a campy, high energy performance of the latter’s smash Bad Shawty.
Third time’s the charm, and Gemini-Fourth’s latest concert together proves the duo continue to rise in their star power, both as a couple and in their solo careers.
