BUS because of you i shine has released their latest single BB, showcasing a more mature side, and proving they are marching to their own beat.
BB sees the Sonray Music boy group work with renowned producers Jap The Richman Toy and PHAT55 for the first time. Ngoah, who is also from The Richman Toy, has songwriting credits on the track.
The result is a beat-heavy electronica track that draws its influence from East and West music – and is equal parts catchy, fun and alluring.
The MV bases its inspiration on tribalism, with BUS playing the role of the awakener for a lifeless, dull forest tribe – cue the beats, fire and dance moves.
We love the use of alliteration in the iconic line “BUS Beats Bounce Bang” and the empowerment oozing from these lines: “Boom boom is the beat of us / Let’s step, we own the beat“
Shortly after its official release, the hashtag #BUS_BB_MV quickly trended on X, proving once again the popularity of the group.
The release of BB follows the successful release of Boss In The Building in July. Both tracks are released after the group put out their eponymous first album earlier this year.
