The director at the agency managing Proxie has dropped a surprise revelation, disclosing that he was removed from all executive roles at the company.

Actor Tik Jesdaporn, who is a director at bROTHERS Music under the Dreamers Society agency, held a media conference on 22 January to clarify his role in the company.

Tik is one of the co-founders of Dreamers Society in 2019, in the lead-up to the formation of Proxie through the reality programme The Brothers. The actor, his wife Peach Sitamon, as well as Independent Artist Management were all shareholders of the company.

After the six-member group was formed in 2022, Tik – along with his wife Peach Sitamon – oversaw artiste management, public relations and and music production, while the other parties were in charge of financial management.

According to Tik, the relationship between both sides deterioriated following the group’s November 2024 concert (PROXIE The 2nd Concert ‘The Final Fantasy’). He also reveals that he and his wife were slowly excluded from key decisions concerning the group.

At a late-2025 company meeting, Tik and Peach found out that they were both removed from their executive positions, effectively preventing them from participating in any decision-making for the group.

Given that the decision was already approved by shareholders, Tik is mounting a legal challenge against his ousting.

The revelation comes days before Proxie is due to hold its third large-scale concert (PROXIE The 3rd Concert ‘Proxima-B’) at Impact Arena. Speaking at the press conference, Tik stresses that the ongoing boardroom battle does not impact his relationship with Proxie, nor would it affect the concert.

He adds that he has spoken with the group, and encouraged them to “focus on their roles as idols and artistes”.

Following the press conference, Tik shared a photo on his social media accounts, which shows him with newly-debuted Proxie. The caption reads: “Crazy crazy crazy love”, a reference to the group’s debut single Crazy Love, and whose MV Tik has a guest role in.

Fans also rallied round Tik and Proxie, offering words of support and encouragement.
