Violette Wautier has released her newest single Dancing On a Graveyard, a dance track that marks her return to English music after nearly four years.
The Thai-Belgian artiste dropped the highly-anticipated track on 23 May, with the music video steadily racking up views hours after release.
Violette, who has song-writing credits on the track, does plenty of dancing in the music video. That caught the attention of fans, including fellow singer and ‘4 Queen’ Zom Marie, who in a Youtube comment called her the “main dance!”.
The nostalgia-themed music video is set in a dance school and cuts mid-song to a graveyard, and through it all, Violette does not stop dancing.
She explained in a radio interview that the song deals with “giving your everything” but that not everyone is “able to see” that it is good enough.
