How many ways do you say ‘I miss you’?
For fans of BUS Because of you I shine member ‘Marckris’ Kris Kanchanathip, they are saying with a giant billboard – and at New York City’s Times Square.
The 21-year-old is currently in the USA for a two-week study trip, and fans of the Sonray Music group are already missing him badly.
On Instagram, Team Marckris, the 21-year-old’s fan club, announced Project #KrisTuengMarc, which will see a giant billboard on Times Square playing a video message from the fans to Marckris. (The name is a play on the Thai word for ‘miss’ – kit-tueng).
It is set to air 24 May, at 7.30pm local time (or 6.30am on 25 May Thailand time), according to the Instagram post.
Marckris has responded to the post, stating that he will “try to make it there” and adding that he misses the fans a lot.
According to Sonray Music, Marckris is away for an “educational activity with the university”. He is currently enrolled in the International Programme for Design and Architecture at Chulalongkorn University.
