Actor-singer Bright Vachirawit has apologised after he received criticism for his live performance at the two-day ‘The Kingdoms Concert’.

At the end of the second concert day, the 29-year-old said on stage: “If I sang it wrong or made a mistake, I’m really sorry.”

Bright’s performance at the sold-old showcase went viral — for the wrong reasons — overnight, after social media users lampooned his mistake-laden singing skills, where he sometimes went off-key, and got the lyrics wrong.

During his duet with Nont Tanont for Boyd Kosiyabong’s รักคุณเข้าแล้ว, one social media user said, “Out of ten, all deducted” and another remarked, “Nont has done his best”.

He also sang Jeff Satur’s Ghost to which a comment said, “Ghost is my favourite song but Bright ruined it.”

Apologising for the lacklustre performance, Bright said he would not give up on singing.

“Sorry to waste anyone’s time, but I will continue singing. Please support me,” he said.

The Cloud9 Entertainment founder’s rose to fame as an actor, before recently releasing singles such as My Ecstasy and Long Run.
