Palmy is likely to add a third date to her highly-anticipated มิตร Universe Concert in September, after tickets were snapped up within hours.

In an announcement on her social media channels, the Thai-Belgian singer says she is considering a third show on 11 September (that’s a Wednesday) at 7pm, at Impact Arena.

Palmy’s มิตร Universe Concert takes place on the weekend of 7-8 September, also at Impact Arena. Ticket sales started at noon on 30 July, but were sold out before the evening.

Fans who did not snag tickets in time for the original weekend implored Palmy to consider an extra day – and it seems their prayers were answered.

“I received information from a dear friend that…many (people) won’t make it on time. If there’s a third round…will it be convenient for you, my dear friend?” she writes.

The update was met with cheer, including from some who jokingly said they will be taking time off work the day after.

Some wondered the odd choice of date (it was the middle of a work week after all), but other fans pointed out that Impact Arena is heading into its busy concert season and is probably booked for the subsequent weekends.

Palmy’s last Impact showcase happened in 2012, at her Palmy Ka Ka Ka Concert. In recent years, she has not had a solo showcase, instead performing as part of music festivals, or other smaller venues.
