They can sing and certainly have got the moves – now PERSES will show off their acting chops (somewhat!) in a lakorn challenge that has fans and the T-Pop world talking.
To mark the million views for the MV to their latest single อย่าฝืน, the GNEST group has agreed to act in the skit as part of their ‘PERSES Alter-Role’ programme.
The group play the fictitious House of Jiranet, with leader Krittin as – unsurprisingly – the matriarch of the household.
Jung and Palm do a complete transformation, playing female characters in the skit, while Pluggy is the male lead. Nay double-hats as a male butler and female maid (at the same time!)
The skit goes live on 12 February at 6pm Bangkok time, but the teaser has already gotten everyone abuzz.
Many were wowed at the gender-bending transformation of the group, with many wowed by the “beautiful transformation” of Jung – into the demure female lead Ganda.
T-Pop artistes also weighed in on the teaser video. Daou, writing on X, says: “Help me, I don’t want to watch it but I can’t help watching it!”
