Talk about a comeback: pre-teen soloist Min Yongsuvimol (known better as Mr.Min) has made a comeback to music-making, with the slick – and very different – single LYD (Love You Different).

Gone is the baby-faced pop star of the 2010s: Min has now grown into a fine young gentleman, setting fans’ hearts aflutter as he sings – and raps – in English.

LYD (Love You Different) is written, produced and composed by Min, and features singer-actor Jaylerr. The 25-year-old also enlists the help of good friend Porsche Sivakorn in recording the track.

The track is a long time coming for Min’s fans – his last single was released more than three years ago after a hiatus to pursue his degree in medicine (yes, Mr.Min is now Dr.Min!)

Min first burst into the scene at the age of 12 in 2011, after winning the singing reality show The Trainer.

He was then signed on to RS Music sub-label Kamikaze, where he produced hits such as รักเกินตัว (Overrated), รักแล้วไปไหน (After Love), and เธอเหนื่อยมั้ย.

Min then had a brief stint at Muzik Move Records in 2019, releasing his last song – the ballad ไม่รักไม่ได้ – under the label in late 2021.
