Actress-singer Marina Balenciaga has made a comeback to music, following the release of her single This Must Be The Place.
The English-language single is written and composed by Marina herself, who says she was inspired by the “simple moments…of warmth and cuteness” while travelling around Bangkok.
The track speaks about “finding the happy place that you have been looking for”, adds Marina.
This Must Be The Place is a catchy city-pop style track that Marina hopes will put the listener in a good mood. Its MV is both cheery and warm – definitely one that will put a smile on your face.
The Thai-Spanish artiste also hopes to release her full EP – called CASA MARI (คาซ่า มาริ) – in the middle of the year.
The 28-year-old is a prolific actress, having starred in several TV series since the 2010s.
