Actor-singer NuNew was named Thai Global Rising Star at the annual NineEntertain Awards, underscoring his growing international popularity.
The DMD Music artiste also picked up the People’s Choice Award – which is open for public voting – for the second year running,

Writing on X, NuNew says: “I’ll keep doing my best to make you all proud. You are my inspiration too.”
In Thai, he said that picking two awards at the ceremony “truly exceeded my expectations”.
“I’m glad that everyone sees my value, including the work that my team and I have tried to create,” he adds.
The annual NineEntertain Awards took place at the Thailand Cultural Centre on 22 May, and honours the best in acting and music.
In the music category, Jeff Satur picked up the Song of the Year award for ซ่อน(ไม่)หา, while Nont Tanont was named Solo Artiste of the Year.
Cocktail, which will be disbanding by the end of the year, received the award for Group Artiste of the Year.
Jeff also picked up a joint award in the film category for Creative Team of the Year. The GDH-produced movie วิมานหนาม stars Jeff in his first leading role, as well as Engfa Waraha as the leading actress.
