Organisers of Peck Palitchoke’s upcoming concert this month have postponed the showcase indefinitely, after the singer suffered serious injuries from a knife attack.

The PECK PALITCHOKE FOREVER LOVE CONCERT 24/7 4U 702 was slated to be held on 16 August, but will now be put on hold as Peck recovers from the attack, says GMM Show, which is organising the concert.

Those who have purchased tickets can get a full refund online, or at all Thaiticketmajor branches, it adds.

The news comes as more details emerge about the attack that took place on 3 August, which left Peck with a deep gash under his chin and injuries to his upper chest.

According to White Music – the label which Peck is under – the singer has not yet fully recovered from surgery. Medical professionals have also advised against visitors “to prevent infection and to let (Peck) rest fully”.

Thai entertainment reports, citing eyewitness accounts, says Peck was involved in a prior altercation before the assault at the gas station in the early hours of 3 August.

Other reports also state that Peck appeared to be intoxicated.

Neither Peck nor White Music has responded publicly to these new developments. ChaPop is also unable to independently verify these accounts.
