GNEST soloist Tigger will be releasing his second album ACHIRA, marking his return to music-making after a year.
The eponymous album – Tigger’s birth name is Achira – will be released on 27 October on all streaming platforms.
According to a sampler released on 22 October, the album will comprise three tracks: ปากหนัก (Too Late), แค่ใครคนหนึ่ง (Nagoya Loner), ต้องโทษเธอ (Without You)
The teaser points to influences from city-pop and pop-rock genres, playing to Tigger’s musical strengths.
The album cover appears to be a follow-on from Tigger’s first album Crush, which was released in 2024. Both albums feature Tigger’s photo, but while the first album shows him with longer, dark-coloured hair, ACHIRA shows Tigger with a shorter crop, and in ash-blonde.
The new album cover also has some pointing out how similar it looked to that of his father Maew Chirasak, whose 2000 album features the back of a blonde head of hair.
