Media company 4nologue announced it would be terminating contracts with all its artists – including boyband Trinity – focusing instead of organising events and concerts.
In a statement on its social media sites, 4nologue did not say why it was terminating the contracts of its stable of artists, instead choosing to thank them “for their dedication in creating exceptional works during our collaboration”.
Trinity members ‘Porsche’ (Sivakorn Adulsuttikul) and ‘Jackie’ (Jackrin Kungwankiatchai) ended their contracts the same day, though 4nologue says it will continue to oversee “the completion of all confirmed or ongoing works”. Trinity’s other member ’Third’ (Lapat Ngamchaweng) had previously left the company, though he remained a member of the boyband.
4nologue also manages to other music groups: boyband DVI and girl group bXd. The company says it “reached a mutual decision” to terminate their contracts, but will manage any works that are in progress.
DVI, made up mostly of former LAZ Icon contestants, had dropped their third single – Close(d) Friend – weeks before the contract termination announcement. Meanwhile, bXd’s ‘Perfect Match’ was released in January – the band has only made their debut at last year’s Octopop music festival.
The fate of the two bands are still unclear, according to posts shared by some band members on X (formerly known as Twitter). DVI member ‘Frank’ (Palot Chinwongso) says: “It was a very fun time, but moments of happiness always pass quickly. I am not sure what the path ahead is…but (I am) waiting for the day when everyone is successful.”
bXd member ‘MIU2’ Natchanok Phungtham says: “Today there may be tears and sorrow, but Miu believes it will be a good new start for everyone.”
Opinion on social media was divided: some fans questioned the reasons for the move, with some questioning the timing of the announcement. Others thanked 4nologue for their support to its artists.

4nologue will now focus on organising and managing concerts, events and festivals, the company states.
It began operations in 2007 as an events organiser, but in 2018 branched into artist management and music production, collaborating with the now-defunct Nadao Bangkok to create the ‘Nine by Nine’ project.
