‘Jackie’ Jackrin has teamed up with fellow singer Bonnadol for his latest cover under his fledgling ‘On The Vox’ series.
The two singers performed a cover of Alyn Wee’s 2021 track หัวใจเจ้าเอย (Not Again). Alyn was a member of the indie duo HYBS before they split in March.
The emotive performance sees soaring vocal range from Jackie mid-track, coupled with Bonnadol’s expressiveness. In the music video, Bonnadol – who many readers might remember from the viral bop ฉลามชอบงับคุณ – even channels his inner Alyn Wee, even down to the choice of sunglasses.
The cover, the second in the ‘On The Vox’ series, earned the duo plaudits from fans, who felt the collab was a natural fit for both singers.
Alyn released the track, produced by Tilly Birds’ ‘Billy’, in 2021 as a solo artiste.
