New music for the week of 17-23 February.

(Into You) – ALALA feat. PiXXiE

It’s giving girl power – ALALA has joined forces with LiT Entertainment’s PiXXiE for this track, which marks the first time the two groups are working together. The girls serve up looks and a good dash of charm and cuteness.

(Say Less) – EMPRESS

It really has so many months, but Empress are finally back with their third single. Whereas their first two singles were fierce dance tracks that oozed plenty of girl power, Say Less takes a lighter, cuter tone, while retaining the group’s dance prowress.

Only Monday

Only Monday is known for their sentimental songs often reminiscing about the past. In ซ่อนเธอไว้ในเพลง however, the song does not dwell on the past but about the now. The MV is a real cinematic with its storytelling – a must-watch!

(RED FLAG) – New Chayapak

Most of us would be familiar by now with the series Gel Boy, a maximalist ode to the marriage of Y2K and Gen Z pop culture. New Chayapak, who stars in the show as high school student Fourmod (yes same name as the Y2K duo), features on the first of several songs to come from the series. Red Flag – produced by Afu Narongsak (formerly of Kamikaze) – was first released as a sped-up version to tap into the TikTok trend. Days later, we now have the normal version, which hits very diffrently.

Taken from their latest album Sunny Side Up, Bodyslam’s newest release taps into the sentimental. The song gained popularity with fans after the album’s release, which led the band to release this as an official single.

– DEPT

It’s DEPT’s turn to immerse in the month of love. Their latest single is an alt-pop ode to being crazy in love.

คล้ายสวรรค์ (close to heaven) – fellow fellow

Also in the mood for love (and gratitude) are duo fellow fellow, whose latest single talks about the happiness of having someone special change everything in life.
