New music for the week of 23-29 June
แสร้ง (ALL FAKE) – Offroad Kantapon
Open Label’s Offroad leans into his acting background for his newest track, which is accompanied by an 11-minute-long short film. Offroad also had a part in shaping the song, from coming up with the dance concept, to the MV and even the track’s name.
คืนที่หมาเต็มวัด (Temple Dogs) – Nont Tanont feat. Singto Numchok
Nont Tanont is slowly expanding his musical repetoire in the lead-up to his concert in September. While he previously dabbled into rock with a TaitosmtiH collab, he now ventures into soul and R&B, working with Singto Numchok.
Woh oh oh – 4EVE
Fresh off a successful debut in US and the launch of their first English-language album, 4EVE returns with a special track made in collaboration with Nivea.
Clang Clang – DEXX
DMD Music’s first boy group project is coming in with a bang – or should we say, Clang – with their debut single. It’s a catchy track with an equally catchy dance, and combines a good dose of rap and vocals.
เจ็บให้พัง – Klear
The unofficial leaders of heartbreak have returned: Genie Records’ Klear makes its comeback with another heartbreak track. This time, it’s based loosely off vocalist Pat’s love life, and how she had hurt badly but soon found strength.
นักกล้าม (Weigh Mother) – Tattoo Colour
While the track has Tattoo Colour’s signature easy-listening sound, the MV is a riot of colours and comedy. Inspired by Bollywood films, the Smallroom Music band also leans into the theme of their seventh album Fitness Pop, infusing bits of exercise and ‘muscle’ to hilarious effect.
