The three What The Duck trainees – who will form the label’s first boy group – have revealed their new name: VVV (or Triple V).
The group name was unveiled following the trio’s performance at the Melody of Life music festival in Bangkok on 18 October, where they performed covers of T-Pop hits from the likes of Mirrr and fellow fellow.
The three trainees, who are mentored by producer-singer The Toys, are 21-year-old Janus Sira, 24-year-old Jeewath Jirawat, as well as 25-year-old Junior Priya.

The trainees were first revealed in September, though they were known as ‘What The Duck trainees’. The trio made their maiden stage appearance as part of What The Duck’s School Tour ensemble in August.
They also performed at Now Fest as part of the What The Duck line-up at the festival.
More details of their impending debut will likely come at a later date.
In a social media post unveiling their group name, VVV states: “Even if they tick at different paces, they turn in harmony.”
