Riding Bangkok’s BTS Skytrain just got a splash of T-Pop colour, thanks to GNEST groups PERSES and VIIS.
The special livery was unveiled on 21 April, with the train operating the BTS’s Sukhumvit Line (which runs northwards towards Ari and Chatuchak and eastwards along Sukhumvit Road).

Even the train’s interior has been given a T-Pop makeover, with splashes of red (for VIIS) and blue (for PERSES) contrasting nicely with the BTS’s yellow seats. Band member photos can also be seen through the interiors.
The bright colours are “perfect for summer”, says GNEST in social media posts. On X (formerly known as Twitter), some fans even requested that the special livery trains be operated on the BTS Silom Line (running south and westwards in Bangkok).
Meanwhile, GNEST solo artiste ‘Tigger’ Achira Theriault has released a special single Passerby relating to – you guessed it – taking the train.
Passerby is a collaboration between GNEST and public transport operator Bangkok Expressway and Metro (BEM).
The music video features scenes on Bangkok’s MRT, and while there are no special liveries (sorry fans!) there is a cute dance at the chorus that’s easy to pick up.
