Concert organiser GFest has released the line-up for day one of their ‘GFest Marathon Concert’, with a strong slate of Thai rock acts performing.
The two-day affair, which takes place on 24 and 25 August, will be split into two themes: ‘Thunder Day’ and ‘Brighter Day’. Each day will feature eight hours of non-stop performances – so prepare your good shoes to rock out!
For ‘Thunder Day’, the eight acts that will be performing are: Joey Phuwasit, Cocktail, Tilly Birds, Three Man Down, Potato, Slot Machine, Lomosonic, as well as Only Monday.
It is unclear who will be performing on ‘Brighter Day’, but some fans have hoped for acts like Paper Planes, Bodyslam (both of which just put out new music) and Retrospect.
Ticket sales will start 4 June at 9am, with tickets starting at 1,500 THB – it is likely the line-up for the second day would be out by then.
GFest, which is linked to GMM Music, organises concerts and festivals, including Rock on the Beach as well as the annual Rock Mountain.
