VIIS member Atom Pariya will be leaving the group effective immediately, citing health-related reasons.

In a statement on 3 December, the group’s label GNEST adds that Atom will continue with scheduled engagements through December and early January, even though she has officially stepped down.

These engagements include appearing at Big Mountain Music Festival on 7 December, as well as at the Siam Music Fest on 13 December.

A farewell activity for Atom is also scheduled for January, with GNEST to announce more details soon.

VIIS will also carry on as a four-member group for future projects, GNEST confirms.

“We would like to express our sincere gratitude for Atom’s dedication, hard work and contribution throughout the journey with us. We respect (her) decision and we promise to support her future endeavours invariably,” adds GNEST, which did not disclose the health condition.

In a separate statement, Atom expressed her gratitude to her groupmates, labelmates PERSES and Tigger, as well as all of the fans (also known as VIISBII).

“Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I will never forget the…affection that everyone has shown me. I’m rooting for everyone, including myself…I’ll go get treatment and I’ll be better,” the 24-year-old wrote.

Atom made her debut in 2023 together with VIIS’ four other members Plaifah, Tara, Sonya and Cheers. She had also been a trainee with GMM Academy since 2022.
